Apparently so, according to a recent survey by IDG Research Services, in conjunction with CIO magazine, which found that BPA is an IT priority right now. Even in this challenging economy—as enterprises reel against budget constraints and priority shifts—IT and business leaders see the operational cost savings and inherent value of process automation.
